First Responder Institute’s work is overseen by a voluntary board of directors who deeply believe in our bold vision of eradicating preventable injuries and deaths among First Responders. Our leadership understands that in order to achieve this we must leverage the synergy of discovery, knowledge, spirit, and collaboration among the sectors and experts that align with our mission.

FRI’s board is responsible for governance, fiduciary management, establishing policy and guiding our programmatic work. FRI is managed by an administrative staff, led by our Chief Executive Officer.
